PEAK take management of personal data very seriously and we do everything we can to ensure that any personal data we hold is secure and safe.

Since December 2017, PEAK have been working closely with a Business Process and Privacy Consultant to evaluate our Data Processes and establish where we were in preparation for the EU GDPR.

PEAK have always been very respectful of the data belonging to our clients and we fully understand the sensitivity of holding data referring to children and young people.

GDPR preparation has not changed our objective of fair and transparent Data Controls but it has allowed us to examine how we do things. In brief we have identified every process where personal data is involved. We have risk assessed the journey that this data takes whilst it is with us and how we protect it, use it and keep it secure.

PEAK have also identified all software systems that house our data and ensured that these are all secure and safe.

As we continue to train our people to be fully up to date on what is required of them, we are pleased to advise that we are GDPR compliant as a Controller and Processor and will protect all data we manage, in a professional, fair, secure and transparent manner.
