PEAK have always been very respectful of the data belonging to our clients and we fully understand the sensitivity of and concerns around processing data relating to children and young people.
We have identified what personal data we hold, the systems that we use to process data and taken steps to ensure that these are all as secure and safe as would be expected.
We collect information about you that you provide when you enter into a contractual obligation with us. We only collect as much information as is necessary for us to deliver the services which you have requested.
We continue to train our people on what is required of them with regards the processing of personal data and will protect all data we manage, in a professional, fair, secure and transparent manner.
PEAK utilise third-party, GDPR compliant systems to ensure that data is stored securely. We use a number of specialist cloud-based services from third-party providers for this purpose:

For our wrap-around care provision and holiday camps, child and parent data is stored on Coordinate Sport's secure booking system. Their privacy notice can be found at https://coordinate.cloud/privacy/.
