PEAK have always been very respectful of the data belonging to our clients and we fully understand the sensitivity of and concerns around processing data relating to children and young people.

 

We have identified what personal data we hold, the systems that we use to process data and taken steps to ensure that these are all as secure and safe as would be expected.

 

We collect information about you that you provide when you enter into a contractual obligation with us. We only collect as much information as is necessary for us to deliver the services which you have requested.

 

We continue to train our people on what is required of them with regards the processing of personal data and will protect all data we manage, in a professional, fair, secure and transparent manner.

 

PEAK utilise third-party, GDPR compliant systems to ensure that data is stored securely. We use a number of specialist cloud-based services from third-party providers for this purpose:

• For our wrap-around care provision and holiday camps, child and parent data is stored on Coordinate Sport's secure booking system. Their privacy notice can be found at https://coordinate.cloud/privacy/.

• When working with pupils in a school we utilise a system called IPEP which is a product from Complete Education Solutions, their privacy policy can be found at https://completeeducationsolutions.uk/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/CES-Privacy-Policy-2019.pdf.

• All reported safeguarding issues are stored on MyConcern, a portal provided by The Safeguarding Company, you can access their privacy notice at https://www.thesafeguardingcompany.com/company/privacy/

• All data relating to our learners on apprenticeships is stored on Aptem e-learning portal; their privacy notice can be found at https://www.aptem.co.uk/privacy/. 

• Employee data is stored securely on BrightHR, a system provided by Peninsula UK, their privacy policy is available at https://www.brighthr.com/terms/?tab=privacy

Your Rights

• You can request that we correct any incomplete of inaccurate personal data that we hold about you.

• You can ask us to delete or remove your personal data. However, please note that we may not always be able to comply fully with your request for specific legal reasons, which will be notified to you at the time of your request.

• You can object to our processing of your personal data.

• You can ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data.

• You can withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data, where consent is the lawful basis under which we are processing your personal data.

• You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or request a transfer of your personal data to you or a third party. We will provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
